SET OF TWENTY-FOUR CARVED AND OPEN-HEADED BONE PLAQUES, representing scenes from different cycles. One can recognize the Massacre of the Innocents and the Adoration of the Golden Calf from the Bible and passages from the story of Paris, when he is taken in by the shepherd Algeleus, the Judgment of Paris and the abduction of Helen. In a carved bone and rosewood veneer frame decorated with fleur-de-lis.
