Dimensions :
The members of the Von Cobenzl family, of Carinthian origin, were closely linked to the German empire, raised to the dignity of counts of empire as early as the 15th century. Several members came to occupy high positions, chancellor of the Empire, or minister of foreign affairs. It was Ludwig Von Cobenzl who met Talleyrand during the Vienna agreements. This painting is dated 1873, and the family member represented is not identified.
