Anonymous. 2nd half of the 19th century. Pair of 6-piece folding umbrellas with numerous different chrysanthemums and asters by a stream, on the right umbrella a bugaku drum behind a curtain of narrow coloured fabric, on the left umbrella a water wheel. Most white chrysanthemum flowers in moriage relief. Ink, colours and shell on paper with pattern of gold squares. Fronts a little stained and with small losses in paper, backs a little dam.
