Kelly bag 32 cm saddler model in black Crocodilus Porosus. Gold metal jewellery. Inside in black goat with a zipped pocket. Entirely original. Circa 1982. With keys, padlock, pull tab and bell. Good condition, slight wear on the corners. With dustbag. According to the website cites.application.développement-durable.gouv.fr/accueil.do, it has been established, since 18/06/2018, that all crocodile skins used by Hermès for the manufacture of its bags come from populations or species listed in Appendix II or, with regard to Appendix I, that they come from farms registered with the CITES Secretariat (source code D). Consequently, vintage Hermes crocodile bags are exempted from CIC, either by their Annex B status or by Article 62.4 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 865/2006 of 4 May 2006. It is therefore a specimen of crocodile skin born and bred in captivity, in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Regulation of 4/05/2006 and the conditions of Article 5 of 30/06/1998 amended, and therefore, its commercial use is free in the EU, because this product is manufactured. On the other hand, for an exit from the EU, a CITES re-export will be necessary, this one being at the expense of the future purchaser in accordance with the EC Rule 338/97 of 09/12/1996 mc.
