Lotus and marsh calthas
Very important vase slightly truncated conical resting on heel and presenting a circular neck and narrowed on its base.
Proof in multi-layer glass with a deep acid-etched aubergine decoration on a frosted background.
The title decoration is entirely taken up in cold chasing.
Signed GALLÉ with a double line towards the base, marked Déposé and Ges Gesh (for Gesetzl Geshutzt) at the point under the base and bears the old oval label Émile GALLÉ Paris-Nancy also under the base.
