LOUIS MAJORELLE (1859-1926) IN NANCY
Joncs fleuris, the model created in [1902]
Rare naturalist side table in ribbed and moulded mahogany; with a triangular crotch top and a poly-lobed escutcheon top.
The three moving legs each receive an ormolu facing in the form of a capital drop and continuing in the form of a hoof.
The tops are finished in burr cedar veneer; the top one has a molded edge.
Art nouveau period.
Condition of use.
Signed and located L. MAJORELLE Nancy, in ink on the top shelf.
