Wooden mask with traces of natural pigments, some localized erosion and marks of use. It presents a cubist face, the forehead bulging with a long nose ending in an arrowhead. The crest evokes the end of a ritual spatula, with a beautiful balance of forms. Dogon, Mali, early 20th century. H: 41 cm.
