The old Sold out of the bar 1802 Clairin Sajous Ansyen 21 months 55,2° - 70cl / Compagnie des indes Jamaica 11 years 51,4° 70cl OFFERED BY THE BAR 1802 This cask is similar to the one selected by the Carry Nation (CARSA2 ex-Caroni), this cask #CARSA6 has been aged for 21 months in a cask containing Caroni (rum from Trinidad and Tobago). Sajous was casked in ex-Caroni on June 7, 2016, and bottled 21 months later in March 2018. Selected in the Compagnie des Indes winery, this rum comes from a well-known Jamaican distillery but does not wish to disclose its name. This unique cask has been very slightly reduced to reach an ideal degree of tasting in order to best appreciate, on the nose as well as on the palate, its original palette which is very elegant from the first nose, with floral and tropical fruit notes, enhanced by vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is lively and confirms the nose in a register of cooked fruits and spices, with its more present woody notes. Long lasting in the mouth. Exclusive bottling for 1802, the Monte Cristo hotel's rum bar. Limited to 223 copies, all numbered.
