All rum lovers will recognise it at first glance! When we open it, we are presented with a real treasure: Bally 17 year old rum Millésime 2000. This brut de fût is a new demonstration of the know-how thanks to which the House of Bally elaborates the vintages that have made it legendary... Colour Beautiful coppery reflections come to animate the mahogany robe of this rum out of age. Nose The first nose evokes all the tenderness of candied apricots and exotic fruits... Then we discover floral and roasted scents (chocolate and cocoa), and in the distance, the delicate aroma of orange blossom. Mouth The heady palate delivers spicy notes where ginger, cinnamon and clove interact... The cocoa perceived on the nose is found again, this time enhanced by coffee notes. Finish Notes of precious wood give this grand cru all its letters of nobility.
