A large Montelupo maiolica pottery charger, Ca 1630-50, Italy, A fine Italian majolica plate depicting a nobleman riding a brown horse. D 33 cm, Generally in good condition. Wear of the glaze and glaze loss along the edge. Two tiny hairlines visible in the glaze on the back (not visible on the front). Traces of gilding along the edge. No restoration.
