Flintlock hunting rifle, octagonal barrel slightly blunderbussed, with facet decoration, thunder-stamped: "DIES - QUI -BEL" and a running deer (Diego Esquibel), it is signed in silver letters on three sides: "EN MADRID - ANNO 1719 - ESQUIBEL" and is provided with a laterally adjustable frog, calibre 15 mm with seven strong rifling, length 62 cm; engraved and numbered breechblock: "4"; flat-bodied lock, swan-necked hammer; cut, chased and engraved brass fittings with foliage, openwork counterplate, trigger guard engraved with a hunter with his dog; walnut burl stock, cheekpiece, carved and fitted with a cartridge compartment decorated with a large oval brass medallion engraved with a coat of arms, monogrammed thumbpiece; wooden ramrod with horn tip; total length 99.5 cm.
