THAILAND, 19th century, Ratanakosin style A gold lacquered bronze statue of a standing Buddha with both hands in abhaya mudra, a gesture of no fear, the bun topped with the ushnisha, eyes half-open and inlaid with glass, smiling slightly with a serene air, the robe decorated in light relief with flowers.
