Small in-4, light fawn basane, border, small fleuron at the corners, coat of arms in the centre standing out on a fleur-de-lis pattern included in a diamond grid, smooth spine in the same style, gilt edges (Binding of the period).
RARE PRINTING GIVEN IN LA FLECHE, in the Sarthe, by the main typographer of the city in the 17th century.
A prize book with the arms of the aganotheque Nicolas Guinet (1552-1622), adviser to the King's great Council and from a family of the Lyonnais. The ex-praemio, dated 1643, still bears his name and his status as donor.
