Pair of covered pots, or cassolettes, Empire Richly ornamented, the lids are decorated with a frieze of leaves and a beaded rim. The body is composed of a Greek frieze in its upper part, a set of olive branches including leaves and fruits that four birds come to pick and finally, a gadrooned part. This ensemble rests on a pedestal, which is itself gadrooned. Around 1830. Painted cast iron. One handle restored. The model of this vase is in the catalogue of the art foundry A. Durenne of 1868, plate 179. Height 80 cm - Width 47 cm - Depth 41 cm
