A small papier-mache shoulder head doll, German circa 1840, with finely painted features, moulded and painted black hair with gold band, on a wooden body peg jointed at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, painted white lower arms and legs with painted blue shoes, wearing a pink dress with striped skirt, and lace to bodice, 5 ¼” (13cm) tall.
