A painted wooden Grodnertal doll, German circa 1820, the gesso face with finely painted features, black hair with curl to forehead and peg-jointed at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, gesso lower arms and legs with painted red shoes, 5 ¼” (13cm) tall.
