Jenny Giot-Riéger, Femme alanguie, vers 1890-1900
Éventail plié, la feuille en peau crème peinte d’une jeune femme alanguie sur une nuée que survole une colombe, rappelant certaines œuvres de Louise Abbéma. Un bouquet d’églantines à gauche. Signé « Jenny Rieger », pour Jenny-Sophie Giot-Riéger, peintre en miniature née à Paris en 1876. Elle présente un éventail à l’exposition de la Société des artistes indépendants en 1890.
Revers muet.
Monture en nacre goldfish. Bélière métallique dorée.
