Jean-Joseph Sanfourche (1929-2010), painter of art brut, was a friend of Gaston Chaissac, Jean Dubuffet and Robert Doisneau. His drawings can be found in the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, in the Art Brut collection of the Musée de Lausanne, in the Musée d'Art Naïf et d'Aarts Singuliers in Laval, in the Neuve Invention collection in Lausanne and in La Fabuloserie in Dicy.
