DE BRUYN (Marc). "Character". Ink on paper with gouache highlights, mounted in a wooden frame. Bears on the back a label of the Museum of Differentiated Art. Size of the frame : 49 x 47,5 cm ; subject : 30 x 23 cm. Marc de Bruyn (°1957) attended the Céjiel workshops in Liege. From a spot on a sheet, he gives free rein to his line: a mouth, an eye, a head emerges and the space of the sheet becomes figurative. A character takes place. His work is included in the collection of the Trinkhall Museum (formerly MAD Museum) in Liege.
