On its first leaf, the portfolio bears a long statement in dedication: "This Moment(s) III, for you J..., who offered unreservedly to my art, made my "origins of the world" what they are now... For you J..., who, over the years, revealing them, has brought my innermost impulses to a climax... For you J... whom I love... Maccheroni 12/2001." The last leaf bears the author's handwritten justification: "MOMENT(S) III. Unique copy book, specially made for J... The book includes sixteen photographs, size twenty-four centimeters by thirty on Oriental baryta paper, referenced and signed and an original watercolor. Maccheroni 12/2001."
