ATTRIBUTED TO ANDRE ANTOINE RAVRIO PAIR OF EGG TANKS ovoid in patinated bronze and gilt bronze, the body decorated with water leaves, openwork palmettes and a torus, the handles in scrolls with griffin heads, ending in scrolls and a mascaron. They stand on a round base and a quadrangular moulded marble pedestal Empire period (small chips in the marble) 13.5 H: 37 cm Provenance: Jean LEFEVRE Collection (1908-1965), architect.
