NAPOLEON I 1804-1814 HIST. OF THE REVOLUTION, THE EMPIRE, THE RESTORATION AND THE MON. Head laurel to the right of Napoleon I, below PUBLISHED BY POURRAT FRÈRES/ IN PARIS. R/. The arrival of the ashes at the Invalides: the coffin is carried by his followers. In the center, France holding a laurel branch and an olive branch receives them, an angel holds the number N on an altar. Behind, the Invalides and in the distance the Belle-Poule. In the exergue: MONTAGNY FECIT. Marked: bow (1842-1845) COPPER. Gilt copper medal of the return of the Ashes struck under Louis-Philippe I (1844) by Pourrat frères. Ø 52 mm (72,71 g) Test mark on the edge and small blows. Very nice.
