(errata), contemporary red morocco, spine with 5 nerves and mute, decorated caissons with small irons, boards decorated in the Duseuil style with coat of arms in the centre, gilt roulette on the edges and chasses, gilt edges, traces of laces (worm work at the head and tail of the spine with a destroyed caisson; brown spots and brownings). Panegyric in honour of Clement IX, on the occasion of his papal investiture on June 20, 1667. Provenance: Giacomo Rospigliosi (1629-1684), or his brother Felice Rospigliosi (1639-1688), both Italian cardinals and nephews of Pope Clement IX, to whom this panegyric is addressed (arms on the boards; handwritten mark in Italian on one endpaper).
