Robert COMBAS (1957) - Course camarguaise, acrylic on paper on the back of a serigraphy, signed and dated 1991. 111 x 83 cm
This work was painted on the occasion of the "fêtes votives" of the emblematic village of the Camargue gardoise, Le Cailar.
Each year, on the initiative of Jean-Marie Bénézet of the contemporary art centre of Le Cailar, in complicity with Rémi Blanchard and his artistic contacts, works were produced and exhibited.
Our acrylic is part of one of four works painted on this theme and on this occasion by Combas.
