Paris, Barbier, 1846; very large, in-8°, old half morocco binding with plum corners, gilt fillets, smooth spine decorated with gilt romantic motifs, gilt head, untrimmed, illustrated cover and spine (Bretault).
BEAUTIFUL ROMANTIC ILLUSTRATION EDITION, with a frontispiece by H. Baron and wood-engraved compositions after Tony Johannot, Eugène Laville, Célestin Nanteuil, Grandville, Ch.
