NOTES :
In the 1930s-1940s, in France, the fashion was for wrought iron furniture. The great masters of Art Deco such as Gilbert Poillerat, Raymond Subes and Edgar Brandt renewed the art of wrought ironwork and worked on the realization of andirons, firewalls, screens but also consoles or large dining room tables. The piece presented for sale is the work of a manufacturer of this period, unfortunately remained anonymous, it remains interesting by its size and its work. It will not leave you speechless!
