A small rosewood veneered desk in amaranth Greek frames with lemon and amaranth fillets. Tapered legs with simulated flutes and wooden castor shoes. The top of the legs is ringed with a frieze of dentils. Rounded uprights. The sides are straight and open with a drawer in the lower part (blocked by a secret mechanism inside the desk). The right side simulates two drawers and opens with a recessed middle drawer. The top is surmounted by a sliding slatted flap that locks onto the long flap drawer simulating a belt.
