Hans Bellmer's desk blotter in Carcassonne from 1945 to 1947, a genuine surrealist work dated and bearing various inscriptions including this note in Bellmer's hand "Object for the one who found it (one can perceive the name of Jacques de Caso?)", as well as the first name of Nora Mitrani, a close friend of Bellmer's, and a watermarked portrait. On the reverse of the slipcase is a label in Bellmer's hand: "Sous-main de Bellmer Carcassonne 1945, 46, 47" and an autograph note in d'Orgeix's hand: "signed lower left self-portrait NORA 4th quarter upside down". Stamp of Christian d'Orgeix also pasted on the back.
