18K yellow gold gousset watch About 1800. Family gousset, obtained around 1810/1815 by an exchange with soldiers of the Napoleonic army for a trained German shepherd, in the Limburg region of Belgium. Round shape, white enamel dial, hour counter with railway at 6 o'clock, date counter at 9 o'clock, day of the week counter at 3 o'clock, skeleton with visible movement at 12 o'clock. Mechanical hand-wound movement with key. Dial glass missing. Not tested. Diameter: 53 mm. Gross weight: 91.62 gr.
