At n°31 and 33 of the rue Paradis was the Castelmuro house. This pastry-chocolate-caterer was a real institution in Marseille. Founded in 1802, this establishment closed its doors in 1999. From 1807 to 1999, it remained in the same family: the Imbert, then their cousins the Vernet.
