A LARGE PORCELAIN EASTER EGG SHOWING ST. BARBARA Russian, St. Petersburg, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, mid 19th century Ovoid, centring an oval panel depicting Saint Barbara holding a palm frond. The sides painted with a gilt scrolling foliate band, the reverse with gilt ciselé starburst. The panel monogrammed 'I.I.' in Cyrillic. 11 cm high. LARGE EASTER EYE WITH HOLY BARBARA Russia, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory St. Petersburg, mid 19th century Porcelain, polychrome onglaze painting, partly etched gilding. H. 11 cm. Cyrillic monogram 'I.I.' on the right side of the cartouche. On the reverse side the star motif is etched in gold.
