A PORCELAIN EASTER EGG SHOWING THE LAST SUPPER Russian, St. Petersburg, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, period of Nicholas I. (1825-1855) Finely painted in bright colours. The reverse with gilt ciselé instruments of Passion. With impressed factory mark 'NI'. The upper aperture restored. 10.3 cm high. EASTER WITH THE LAST MERCHANT Russia, St. Petersburg, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, Nicholas I period (1825-1855) Porcelain, polychrome onglaze decoration, gilding, partly erased. H. 10,3 cm. Marked by pressed manufacturer's mark 'NI' at the lower opening of the egg. Backside with gold etching of passion tools. Rest of the upper tip of the egg.
