Silver saupoudroir, of baluster shape, standing on a pedestal; the edges with gadroon mouldings; the lower part engraved with lanceolate leaves alternating with lambrequins and fleurons on a bitter background; the lid opening with a bayonet with pierced decoration of quartefoils, surmounted by a flower-shaped grip on a terrace of radiating gadroons; engraved with a coat of arms surmounted by a count's crown.
Hallmark of Master goldsmith Jean Noé BESSE, (born in 1697, practised until 1772).
