HEREKE in silk (Turkey), circa 1975, signed. Size : 106 x 71cm. Technical characteristics : Silk velvet on silk foundations. Density of 720,000 knots in one square metre. A blue field hosts a trellis of honeycombed flowering stems supporting multicoloured bouquets of flowers. Two emerald floral counter-edges frame the main garnet border with interlacing polychrome garlands. Blue braid. Signature in the upper left corner.
