Three large volumes in folio half red grief, plates of chagrined canvas decorated with gilt filets and corner irons with the arms of Paris struck gold in the center of the first plate, spine ribbed and decorated, gilt title (publisher's binding). Upper plate of T. I partly lightened, light spot on the lower plate of T. II, some epiderminations, very scattered freckles. ORIGINAL EDITION of this monumental work, one of the most important and ambitious publications on Paris.
