An Arts and Crafts-style silver trophy cup, London, c.1906, John William Page, designed to resemble the Mycenaean 'Cup of Nestor', the twin handles with applied insect decoration and pierced panels reaching from circular foot to base of handles, the body of the cup inscribed: Houghton Regis Horse Show Mounted Gymkhana, 1948, Hunters Championship, 19.2cm high, approx. weight 14.8oz
