Pair of fine carpets KACHAN (Iran), 2nd third of the 20th century. Technical characteristics: Wool velvet on cotton foundations. A diamond-shaped brick medallion, with accolades, with a crenellated ivory cruciform heart, and these pendants, is placed on an oblong marine field with rich polychrome vegetal decoration. Four brick-coloured spandrels complete the ensemble. Two floral counter-borders frame the main navy with interlacing head-to-toe blooming flowers. Good general condition. Dimensions: 208 x 142cm and 210 x 135cm.
