Saül Yurkievich wrote in 1972, for the Galerie Denise René, the introductory text for an exhibition dedicated to the master of kinetic art Luis Tomasello. It will end a year later in New York.
Already, the author presents these mobiles as "playful sculptures", "conscious of the function of art" and "supposed to advocate the breaking of confinements".
