Important and rather fine KIRMAN (Iran), 2nd third of the 20th century
A sublime polylobed and vegetalized rhombic medallion, old gold, with acanthus leaves in a twist, a crown of roses, a starry heart and floral bouquets, thrones in the center of a ruby field, oblong with accolades, dotted with polychrome bouquets. Corners and a large "moulded" interior frame composed of exuberant floral compositions. The border is formed by cartouches and multicoloured plant medallions. Colourful pallets.
