Large and fairly thin GHUM (Iran), circa 1965-70, the time of the Shah
Garden" decoration for this carpet where forty floral boxes, some of which are mihrab doors, form the field. Three counter-borders, two chestnut and one ivory, frame the main brick. All four are decorated with polychrome flowers.
