Onion watch Silver case (min. 800) with engraved decoration of a medallion centred on an urn among foliage, surrounded by a frieze of foliage punctuated with birds and a basket of fruit. The bezel is enamelled en suite. Gilded brass dial with a centre engraved with the heads of chimeras and birds among foliage, with twelve white enamelled cartouches painted in black with Roman numerals, with a central enamelled ring enamelled en suite and punctuated. Single-handed. Gilt brass rocket and chain movement. Unsigned platinum. Cock pierced with a Bérain-style decoration. First third of the 18th century. Gross weight: 161.6 g. - Diameter : 57 mm. Missing glass, some hair and cracks in the enamel, small shocks, wear and tear on the decoration.
