in pewter, flared base, moulded spout, flat-topped lid and "palmette" poucier, engraved with a ciborium (?), foliated motifs and an F.G. property mark. Master's mark not listed by E.HINTZE: ewer / IOSEPH APELLER, received in 1703 and town mark: monogram I.S.T.
