Violin-shaped wall-mounted cartel and its console in brown horn veneer inlaid with brass scroll decoration, the circular dial with twelve white enamel plates with Roman numerals in blue. Richly ornamented with chased and gilded bronzes such as renown, scraps, clasps, hooves and apron.
Movement signed Jean-Baptiste Duchesne in Paris, received master in 1723.
