Very beautiful watercolour drawing showing the façade of a large villa, signed and dated lower left.
There are several towns named Rully, but the author of the drawing, Charles Gindriez, having been architect and director of the municipal museum Vivant Denon in Chalon-sur-Saône, it is most certainly Rully located 15 km north of this town, in the heart of the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise.
