Important Sivas (Asia Minor, Turkey). Around 1940. Technical characteristics: Wool velvet on cotton foundations. Almond green field with scrolls and garlands of flowering palmettes surrounded by serpentines decorated with a central old rose floral medallion in the form of a pendant. Triple borders, the main one being ivory with marine cartouches with poetic inscriptions. Good general condition. Dimensions: 360 x 260 cm.
