Set of two basketry pieces with geometrical motifs of vegetal inspiration and stylized butterflies. These motifs evoke the body paintings worn by women during ancestral ceremonies. The weaving is so tight that these baskets can hold water. They are probably considered to be the finest of all South American basketry.
