Published in the Mémoires des Contemporains, these two memoirs deal with the Egyptian Campaign. The first volume contains the Memoirs of Berthier increased by a large number of supporting documents compared to the previous editions. The second volume contains the Memoirs of General Reynier, plus a biographical note and supporting documents, a first edition of which bore the title "Of Egypt after the Battle of Heliopolis".
