The mythological representation is probably about the theme "Quos Ego". These are Neptune's threatening words to the winds, so as to calm Juno's storm at sea. Juno wanted to prevent Aeneas from reaching Italy with his fleet. The story is told by Virgil at the beginning of the Aeneid (I, 135). Neptune rises imperiously to the right, the winds of Eurus and Zephyr stand beneath him. The goddess of the clouds is probably Juno, who wanted to take down the Trojans.
