Faience roller jug, 18th century, cobalt blue... Lot 4040

Faience roller jug, 18th century, cobalt blue decoration with jumping stag and hind, pewter lid mount with spherical thumb latch, lid interior with hallmarks. Underneath the base, the pewter mounting has been opened/bent up to expose the cobalt blue signature/mark. Slightly rubbed, mounting with minor dents, h. 27 cm.
