table decoration offered to the Empress Katharina II of Russia by the Emperor Friedrich II. The figurine represents an elegantly dressed Jewish merchant
holding a gold coin in his hand. The KPM Berlin porcelain manufactory was founded in 1763 and is considered to be one of the most important in
Europe.
